Badminton
All Victor badminton racquets are covered by warranty for manufacturing defects. Badminton racquets are covered under warranty for six months from the date of purchase and must be returned to the above address for inspection with proof of purchase (original bill of sale from Canadian/US retail outlet). Racquets are not warrantied against collisions.

Squash
All Victor Squash racquets are covered by warranty for manufacturing defects. Squash racquets are covered under warranty for three months from the date of purchase and must be returned to the above address for inspection with proof of purchase (original bill of sale from Canadian/US retail outlet). Racquets are not warrantied against collisions.

Racquet Ball
All Victor Racquet ball racquets are covered by warranty for manufacturing defects. Racquet ball racquets are covered under warranty for four months from the date of purchase and must be returned to the above address for inspection with proof of purchase (original bill of sale from Canadian/US retail outlet). Racquets are not warrantied against collisions.

Tennis
All Victor Tennis racquets are covered by warranty for manufacturing defects. Tennis racquets are covered under warranty for six months from the date of purchase and must be returned to the above address for inspection with proof of purchase (original bill of sale from Canadian/US retail outlet). Racquets are not warrantied against collisions.

String/Grip
Due to the nature of racquet sports string/grip are not covered under warranty once it is in/on the frame. String is breakable due to use, improper stringing, older grommets. Grip wears out due to use.

General Information

• Remember to include you name, address, phone number, fax number and/or email with your return.
• All racquets must be accompanied by a note indicating how/when the racquet broke.
• Victor retailers are strongly advised not to issue replacements to the customer until the item has been returned to us and inspected by us.
• All returns must be shipped prepaid. If we are issuing you a replacement item the item will be sent back to you prepaid by Victor Racquets.
• Broken items not replaced will not be returned unless specifically requested within 60 days of our reply
